George Mark Malloch-Brown — Lord Malloch-Brown — is the former UN Development Programme administrator, Kofi Annan’s deputy secretary-general, a Labour-then-Crossbench life peer, and the man George Soros put in as president of the Open Society Foundations in 2021. Trump / U.S. apparatus — what the record shows

He held no U.S. office. This pass found no FEC contribution file in his name and no DataRepublican, USAspending.gov, or doge.gov/savings hit on the person. The documented U.S. lane is this: a sitting UN deputy secretary-general spoke at the Center for American Progress in 2006 and named Fox News and Rush Limbaugh; he later ran Open Society Foundations — after Patrick Gaspard, whose OSF release lists DNC executive director and Obama White House political director — from January 2021 through June 2024; and he was, on the Companies House and SGO paper, a director and the announced chairman of Smartmatic’s holding company until the same day OSF named him president. Sidney Powell’s 2020 Dominion claims naming him are allegations. This site does not invent a Trump prosecution, a Smartmatic ownership stake, or a Trump quote.

What this site is not

It is not a finding that Mark Malloch-Brown stole an election, owned Smartmatic, or committed a crime. A holding-company chairmanship is not a share register.
